Well, science is right — what comes up, must go down. In terms of falling in basketball for a big man like Anthony Davis, the pain would only crescendo after a fall with a height of 6’10” and weight of 254 pounds.
Anthony Davis hurt his lower back last night by falling on it awkwardly — he was in a lot of pain. The whole crowd at the Staples Center went quiet for this event (which is incredibly unusual).
The Lakers took him back into the locker room and his x-ray tests for an undisclosed injury came back “negative.” Davis most-likely has not fractured any bones in his back.
Looking into the future of this winning Lakers franchise, Anthony Davis most-likely will be the main contributor to the team. Getting him healthy should be the Lakers’ number one priority.
But who knows? Maybe AD is secretly better than we think, or it might be badder than we originally envisioned.
STAY TUNED FOR MORE INFO REGARDING THE HEALTH STATUS OF DAVIS…
